We specialise in external shading for roof windows, rooflights, glazed roofs and unique glazed structures. We also provide suitable solutions for roof hatches, roof access systems, sloping glass structures, pitched roofs and vertical windows.
Where standard shading solutions often fall short, we see an opportunity to find the right solution. We assess the construction, dimensions, available mounting space and desired appearance, and then develop a solution that works both technically and aesthetically.
Bespoke Solutions When Standard Isn't Enough
No building or glazed structure is the same. That is why we do not believe in a single standard solution for every situation.
At TopShade, we work closely with you from the very first contact. Based on photos, drawings and dimensions, we assess the situation and determine which shading solutions are technically possible.

Specialists in Unique Glazed Structures
Our particular expertise lies in shading for horizontal and sloping glazing. This includes rooflights, roof windows, glazed roofs and other large glazed structures.
These applications often present different technical challenges than traditional vertical shading. There may be limited mounting space, the structure may be frameless, or moving elements may need to be taken into account.
This is precisely where we develop bespoke solutions.
Even when drilling into the glass or existing structure is not desirable, we can investigate whether an alternative mounting method is possible.
